About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Executive for Business Development and Tenders to join our team at Stannah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing bid processes, developing sales content, and gathering relevant information to enhance bid quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, understanding customer requirements, and assisting in creating compelling, clear, and accurate tender responses. You will also work closely with the Bid & Contracts Manager, Sales Team, and subject-matter experts to define win strategies and develop sales content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and enhance bid quality.
  • Maintain and update the tender content library, sales content, and public sector price lists.
