About the Role

We are currently seeking a Strategic Development Planner to join our delivery and commercial team in Andover, UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled project management professional to work on a major private development, including the refurbishment and fit-out of an existing Grade 1 manor house, as well as major extensions and new build schemes.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with regional contractors on schemes above £3 million, with expertise in D&B projects and framework negotiations. They will also be proficient in software such as Asta, 4 Projects, and have knowledge of BIM and BREEAM.

Estimated salary: £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Early involvement at the tender and bid stage, working with estimating, design, and commercial teams.
  • Managing construction programmes through to start on site, updating short and long-term programmes, and identifying opportunities to save time.
  • Working with the design team and supply chain to ensure work packages are released on time.
  • Continuously improving and adapting future bids and programmes for best practice.
