About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Planner to join our team and contribute to the success of our flagship projects. As a Senior Construction Planner, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and analysing project programmes to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project programmes, incorporating project scope, resources, and timeline.
  • Analyse and assess project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate programmes, identify risks, and provide strategic planning support.

Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Construction Planner, you will need:

  • Education in Construction Management, Project Management Qualifications, or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in project programming, with 3-5 years in a senior scheduling role.
  • Advanced proficiency in programme software, such as Elecosoft Power Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, CPM, and resource levelling techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £88,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 22 days' holiday, 5 days' company sick pay, and private medical insurance. A car allowance and flexible working hours are also available.
