Join Triumph Consultants Ltd as Senior Estates and Construction Leader and play a key role in shaping the future of our estate.

This position involves leading a strategic estate optimisation programme, maximising the potential of our property portfolio through effective estate management and construction oversight.

With a strong focus on operational efficiency and innovation, this role requires proven expertise in construction project management, estate management optimisation, and property management.

Responsibilities

As Head of Property Management Programme, you will manage a large team of 50–100 professionals, demonstrating strong leadership skills and stakeholder management.

You will ensure compliance with NEC 3 and NEC 4 contract management standards, driving value delivery across projects.

Familiarity with Army and air construction projects, as well as working on high-value contracts, is essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Proven expertise in construction project management, estate management optimisation, and property management.
  • Familiarity with Army and air construction projects and working on high-value contracts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NEC 3 and NEC 4 contract management standards, ensuring compliance and value delivery across projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams of 50–100 personnel effectively, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Strong experience in managing diverse stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • MCIPS qualification highly preferred.

SC/DV highly desirable; candidates with active SC/DV clearance will be fast-tracked.

Triumph Consultants Ltd offers a competitive salary package, estimated at £80,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
