About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Planning Manager to lead our project scheduling efforts. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project programmes, including all phases from initiation to completion.

You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless programme integration, risk identification, and strategic planning support. Your expertise in advanced planning techniques and software will be instrumental in enhancing project timelines and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project programming, with at least 3-5 years in a senior scheduling role. You will also require proficiency in programme software such as Elecosoft Power Project and other relevant tools.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location factors.
