About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at ITS (Southampton) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, including construction and refurbishment works. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Management of site teams and sub-contractors
  • Creation and management of project schedules
  • Client meetings and issue resolution
  • Health and Safety planning


The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in the Fit Out & Refurbishment industry, with a focus on Commercial, Retail, and Restaurant projects. Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


Salary: £50,000-£80,000 per annum, dependant on experience, plus benefits.
