Construction Planning Specialist

A competitive salary of £80K-£90K awaits an experienced Construction Planning Professional in this senior role at Macstaff. Located near Andover, Hamps, this flagship project offers a unique blend of heritage construction, commercial, and residential building projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and analyse project programmes to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to integrate programmes, identify risks, and provide strategic planning support.
- 7-10 years of experience in project programming, with at least 3-5 years in a senior scheduling role.
- Proficiency in programme software, particularly Elecosoft Power Project, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, critical path method (CPM), and resource levelling techniques.
