Support Worker for Students with Complex Needs

Job Summary
Five Education Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Central Yeovil. The successful candidate will work with students of primary and secondary age who have a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, and behaviour challenges.
Main Responsibilities
* Support students to access the curriculum and adapt approaches to meet individual needs, making learning fun and engaging.* Establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils, ensuring a safe and consistent environment.* Help students develop social skills and self-regulation strategies.* Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other staff members to address individual student needs.* Motivate students to reach their full potential through encouragement and praise.
Essential Criteria
* Experience working with students with SEN.* Right to work in the UK.* Relevant references and DBS/police checks.* Ability to work from 8:30-15:30.
