Job Title: Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Lufton College. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and autism.

About the Role:

As a Youth Support Worker, you will work closely with our education and clinical teams to provide support and care to students with diverse needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students with their study programs, work experience, and activities
  • Assisting with personal care, medication, health needs, and relationships and friendships with family and peers
  • Working collaboratively with the education and clinical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Providing a safe and supportive environment for students to thrive
