Special Educational Needs Support Professional

Contract type: Permanent Full Time, Part Time, Bank contracts available.
Shift times: Typically 7:30am–15:00pm or 14:30pm–22:00pm, including some weekends.
Hourly rate: From £12.27 to £13.02, depending on qualifications.
Basic full-time salary: £23,000–£25,000 (37.5 hours) and £25,000–£27,000 (40 hours), with a night allowance bonus payment per year.
Training and development: We offer a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification free of charge.
We're looking for Support Workers who share our vision and are passionate about education. Our team supports 16-25 year olds with special educational needs in day and residential education placements. Our aim is to improve our students' quality of life and provide a rich curriculum with community and work experience opportunities, as well as functional skills, enrichment activities, and communication support.

You'll work alongside education and clinical teams, supporting students with their study program, work experience, and activities, as well as personal care, medication, health needs, relationships, and friendships with family and peers.
