Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Nights

Contract Type: 6 Month Maternity Cover Contract. Full time (40 hours), working shifts to include some weekends.

CareTech Group is a leading provider of specialist education and care services for children and young people in the UK. We deliver services across Special Education Schools and Colleges, Residential Care Homes, and a Therapeutic Fostering Service.

Lufton College is a specialist educational institution that provides a unique and supportive environment for students with autism and additional learning needs.

We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team on a night shift basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to develop skills for life.

The successful candidate will be a positive and consistent role model, passionate about mentoring and coaching new colleagues and leading by example. They will also have experience or be willing to learn management and leadership skills to support the Night House Manager with line management of team members, rota management, audits, and quality and compliance within the night team.

CareTech Group will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children.
