About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker for our Night Shift team, you will play a vital role in helping young people with autism and additional learning needs to develop skills for life. You will work collaboratively with trained, qualified professionals from across our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting young people with autism and additional learning needs to develop life skills and confidence
  • Working collaboratively with the Night House Manager and other team members to provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Participating in the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior support staff
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a positive and respectful team culture

Requirements
  • A positive and consistent role model
  • Experience or willingness to learn management and leadership skills
  • Organised and able to manage own time effectively

  • Flexible in working shift patterns on a rota basis
