Senior Support Worker

CareTech Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team on a night shift basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, working closely with the Night House Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the night team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized care and support to service users
- Leading by example and mentoring new colleagues
- Assisting with the management of the night team, including rota management and audits
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained
- Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Experience in a care or support role, with a focus on leadership and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and support
