About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our Recruitment team. The successful candidate will support the team in the recruitment process for our Associate Clinician flexi bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with external recruitment agencies and direct candidates to provide assistance and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Keep recruitment agencies informed about current compliance needs for their candidates and any changes to the onboarding process within the company.
  • Be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries from recruitment agencies and direct candidates after an offer has been accepted.
  • Undertake all compliance in line with the requirements of the clinician group.
  • Monitor the recruitment/compliance inbox.
  • Maintain compliance, ensuring all expiration dates are updated prior to expiring, i.e., DBS checks, right to work checks, and professional indemnity insurance renewal.
  • Ensure right to work checks are carried out in accordance with the audit schedule, i.e., professional body, license to practice checks with the GMC and HCPC.
  • Involvement with evolving the compliance processes.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within a recruitment or compliance role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and positive approach.
  • Understanding of the importance of attaining and upkeeping compliance documentation.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workloads and manage different tasks at once.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm professional demeanor.
  • Committed to providing the best quality service and building relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Able to establish and maintain productive professional relationships with colleagues.
