About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our PETCT admin team at RHCNZ Medical Imaging Group in Christchurch. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and booking of imaging appointments, providing a frontline reception service that interacts with patients, referrers, funders, and the public in a prompt and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book imaging appointments efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, referrers, funders, and the public
- Process large amounts of technical and variable information with accuracy and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Some knowledge of medical terminology is desired
