About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our Recruitment team. The Compliance Administrator will support the team through the recruitment processes for our Associate Clinician flexi bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping recruitment agencies informed on current compliance needs for their candidates and any changes to the Onboarding process within the company.
  • To be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries from recruitment agencies and direct candidates after an offer has been accepted.
  • Undertaking all compliance in line with the requirements of the clinician group.
  • Monitor the recruitment/Compliance inbox.
  • Maintenance of compliance, ensuring all expiration dates are updated prior to expiring i.e, DBS checks, right to work checks and professional indemnity insurance renewal.
  • Involvement with evolving the compliance processes.

Person Specification

  • Experience of working within a recruitment or compliance role.
  • Understand the importance of attaining and upkeeping compliance documentation.
