Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Programmes Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for our research programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with postgraduate students, providing guidance and support on a range of administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for research students, providing advice and support on administrative matters.
  • Provide a broad range of administrative services to ensure a positive student experience, in line with University policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including databases and trackers, to ensure compliance with University and external regulations.
Requirements
  • GCSE in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office packages (intermediate level).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing.
