As a key member of our team at Workingmums, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Financial Planner and other colleagues in the financial planning department.
This is a part-time role requiring you to work 21 hours, ideally over a 3-day period.
We are looking for someone with strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to arrange and confirm meetings
- Manage and maintain client files, both physically and electronically
- Communicate with providers to obtain contract information
- Organize and present contract information in a clear and concise manner
- Process investment risk profiling questionnaires
- Obtain illustrations and quotations from providers, using online systems as necessary
- Prepare and send documents to clients
- Complete application forms for client signature
- Manage and maintain documents, both physically and electronically
- Prepare contract information for annual reviews
- Obtain contract valuations
- Conduct research on funds and portfolios
- Keep clients informed of progress, as necessary
- Manage tax vouchers and sale and acquisition information
- Maintain a schedule of dividends
- Provide administrative and reception support, as requested by Financial Planner/Office Manager
- Submit new business applications and ensure a smooth setup
- Prepare cashflow models
- Conduct research on products, investments, and markets
- Confirm shareholdings, produce probate valuations, and transfer ownership/sell shares and other investments (when required and after training)
