About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including taking and screening phone calls, managing the admin mailbox, and minuting meetings.
  • Use the patient record system RIO (training provided) to manage patient records and communicate with patients by phone or text.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the admin team to ensure efficient and effective administrative support.

Requirements

  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of patient management systems, preferably RiO.
