As a key member of our team at Workingmums, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Financial Planner and other colleagues in the financial planning department.

This is a part-time role requiring you to work 21 hours, ideally over a 3-day period.

We are looking for someone with strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to arrange and confirm meetings
  • Manage and maintain client files, both physically and electronically
  • Communicate with providers to obtain contract information
  • Organize and present contract information in a clear and concise manner
  • Process investment risk profiling questionnaires
  • Obtain illustrations and quotations from providers, using online systems as necessary
  • Prepare and send documents to clients
  • Complete application forms for client signature
  • Manage and maintain documents, both physically and electronically
  • Prepare contract information for annual reviews
  • Obtain contract valuations
  • Conduct research on funds and portfolios
  • Keep clients informed of progress, as necessary
  • Manage tax vouchers and sale and acquisition information
  • Maintain a schedule of dividends
  • Provide administrative and reception support, as requested by Financial Planner/Office Manager
  • Submit new business applications and ensure a smooth setup
  • Prepare cashflow models
  • Conduct research on products, investments, and markets
  • Confirm shareholdings, produce probate valuations, and transfer ownership/sell shares and other investments (when required and after training)
