Director of Revenue Growth

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Sales to join our London office, supporting the Vice President of Sales Solutions UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our venue search service, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop targeted sales strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own strategy and workload, ensuring timely delivery of proposals and presentations that showcase our services.
- Recruit, train and develop team members allocated to growth business with venue search services.
- Take ownership of new proposals, tenders and RFPs, including the creation of case studies and presentation delivery.
- Maintain expertise in the meeting & event industry, particularly venues and technology.
- Support client feedback to inform effective marketing campaigns and stay ahead of competitors.
