Reed.co.uk is looking for a highly experienced Commercial Director to lead our Commercial teams and drive revenue growth. This role is crucial to the growth of our business, focusing on providing services to Recruitment Consultancies, Direct Employers, Advertising Agencies, and Course Providers.
About the Role- Estimated Salary: £110,000 per annum
- Location: Holborn, London
The Commercial Director will be responsible for maximising revenue generation and representing the Commercial team's performance at senior level. This includes developing and delivering an ambitious commercial strategy aligned to our strategic ambitions and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Responsible for maximising revenue generation and representing the Commercial team's performance at senior level, including Board meetings.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a best-in-class Commercial team, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of high performance.
- Customer Engagement: Lead our Commercial teams to adopt a customer-centric approach, enhancing customer retention and accelerating acquisition.
- Data Analysis: Utilise data to illustrate and explain business outcomes, trends, and forecasts.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrable leadership experience, with a track record of managing high-performing commercial teams in a demanding environment.
- Sales Success: Proven success in leading sales teams to consistently achieve targets and grow a customer base as well as personal experience of being customer-facing.
- Strategic Mindset: Expertise in creating and delivering multi-channel commercial strategies for digital market ecosystems.
