Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Doorpac Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development of new customer relationships and the identification of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and product development initiatives
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and market reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Proven track record of achieving rapid and sustainable business growth in a sales or business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Technical understanding of current building legislation and practices, with a strong knowledge of the construction industry
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
