Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Doorpac Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and market reports to senior management.
- Proven track record of achieving rapid and sustainable business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assimilate and retain information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Technical understanding of current building legislation and practices, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
