Quality Director

The Quality Director is a key member of the Coty team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong leader who can drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage a quality team, and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure all products meet quality specifications.
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, including the management of quality metrics and the identification of areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the quality team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including production, planning, and procurement teams.
- Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role within the cosmetics, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 22716 and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and improve processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
