Quality Director

Coty is seeking a highly skilled Quality Director to oversee all quality assurance and quality control functions at our manufacturing site. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the factory delivers high-quality products that meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure all products meet quality specifications.
- Oversee the quality team and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage regulatory compliance, including ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to cosmetic manufacturing.
- Investigate consumer complaints and provide feedback to consumer affairs to implement improvement actions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
- Chemistry master's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of site-based quality leadership experience in the cosmetics/consumer goods/medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including ISO 22716.
- Strong capabilities in root cause problem-solving, process control techniques, and change management monitoring.
