Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Director to lead our quality assurance efforts in the cosmetics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, managing regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the quality team and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce non-quality costs and improve process mastery and repeatability.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations related to cosmetic manufacturing.
- Investigate consumer complaints and provide feedback to consumer affairs and implement improvement actions to improve this result.
Requirements
- 5 or more years' site-based quality leadership experience within cosmetics/consumer goods/Medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
- Chemistry master or equivalent degree qualified.
- Strong capabilities in root cause problem solving, process control technics and change management monitoring.
- Knowledge of bulk making, Production packing processes and filling techniques.
- Knowledge and experience of R&D or industrialization of new products.
