Coty is a leading beauty company with a portfolio of iconic brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, and skin and body care. As a Quality Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
- Ensure all products meet quality specifications before they reach the market.
- Manage the quality team and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
- Develop and deploy a program to improve process mastery and repeatability and to reduce non-quality costs of the factory.
Requirements
- Chemistry master or equivalent degree qualified.
- 5 or more years' site-based quality leadership experience within cosmetics/consumer goods/Medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong capabilities in root cause problem solving, process control techniques, and change management monitoring.
