About the Role

We're seeking a Quality Director to oversee all quality assurance and quality control functions at our manufacturing site. This role ensures the factory delivers quality products in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
  • Ensure all products meet quality specifications before they reach the market
  • Manage regulatory compliance, including GMP and ISO 22716
  • Investigate consumer complaints and implement improvement actions
  • Lead the quality team and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Chemistry master's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years' site-based quality leadership experience in the cosmetics/consumer goods/medical device/pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including ISO 22716
  • Strong capabilities in root cause problem-solving, process control techniques, and change management monitoring
