Behaviour Support Assistant (Temp to Perm)
We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a supportive environment with pupils aged 11 to 16 who require additional assistance due to social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
This role requires the ability to work effectively with individuals who may present challenging behaviours, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage positive outcomes.
About the Job:- Collaborate with educational professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans for each pupil
- Deliver one-to-one and group support sessions to promote pupil engagement and progress
- Monitor and record pupil progress, providing regular updates to teaching staff
A competitive daily rate of £90-£100 is available, along with access to training and development opportunities, including pension scheme membership.
Ongoing professional support and networking events are also provided.
