Job Description
Vision for Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Assistant to join our team in Northampton. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.

About the Position
This is a full-time position, working 8.15 - 3.30 Monday to Friday. You will be based in an alternative education provision, where you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to students. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing targeted support to students with SEMH needs
* Developing and implementing behaviour plans to improve student engagement
* Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and support
