We offer competitive salaries ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors in their homes and other settings across Nova Scotia
  • Diabetes management, dialysis, medication management, palliative care, phlebotomy, wound care, and more

Requirements:

  • Must be Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
  • Experience in community health an asset
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • A current Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Search may be required
  • Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
