Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer onboarding experiences, ensuring timely and effective adoption of our email marketing tools and services.

Salary: £123.95 per day (PAYE), plus a comprehensive benefits package and bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to define their business objectives and create tailored plans to meet their goals.
  • Customize onboarding processes to suit individual customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and adoption of our email marketing tools and services.
  • Develop expertise in our platform to effectively guide and support customers throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or partnerships that align with customer onboarding goals.
  • Work closely with technical teams to integrate our tools into the customer's marketing stack, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal customer experiences.
  • Track key milestones and ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Escalate risks that may affect implementation or retention, proposing mitigation strategies to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clear guidance and training to customers throughout the onboarding and launch phases, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Mentor and support new team members as they engage with customers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Address customer risks, challenges, and successes with actionable solutions, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, engaging customers in strategic discussions to maximize their return on investment.
