Customer Onboarding Expert Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Expert to join our team. As a key member of our implementation project team, you will work closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process, drive product adoption, and build strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Salary Details:

The daily rate for this role is estimated at £123.95 (PAYE), considering the Central London - Hybrid (3 days on-site) location and the 7/8-month contract duration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Marketing Sales.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and account portfolio management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, consultative, and relationship management skills.
