Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Global Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Bandwidth Recruitment. As a Global Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the implementation process for our global customers, ensuring their successful adoption of our communication software platform.

Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers throughout the onboarding phase.
  • Educate customers on system configuration, QA, and setup.
  • Manage project delivery, including customer education and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in software/telecom support roles.
  • Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of customer support principles.
