Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

About the Role:
The Recruitment Co. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of Customer Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering emails and resolving customer queries
Problem-solving for clients and internal departments
Meeting customer and client expectations
Resolving customer and client queries
Order processing using SAP
Maintaining a high level of customer/client focus
Providing reports for clients in a timely manner
ATP control for order releasing
Ensuring the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Attention to detail/accuracy
Good geographical knowledge
Order processing experience
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
SAP experience beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Conscientious and reliable with an adaptable attitude

What We Offer:
