Customer Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Accounts Administrator to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security.

About the role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, acting as a single point of contact for their accounts.
  • Work closely with National Account Managers to meet customer expectations and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
  • Monitor and respond to customer emails, updating client portals and helpdesks as necessary.
  • Process sales orders and manage customer queries and complaints through to completion.

Requirements:

  • A professional business approach and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a desire to learn and develop.
  • Experience of using customer portals and excellent administration and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
