Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our students. As a key member of the Student Administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring that processes are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Lead the implementation of process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address customer needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an impressive benefits package, including 32 days leave, flexible working options, and professional development opportunities.
