Customer Service Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at the University of Salford. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our students receive an exceptional level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff in the service and ensure that processes are completed in ways that deliver an excellent customer service and support the requirements from the school, the University, and external stakeholders.
  • Support business development, manage areas of activity, undertake project work, and perform a key account management role for the Directorate.
  • Line management leadership for a group of staff and responsible for setting objectives, managing performance, coaching, and supporting their development.
  • Support the delivery of key Customer Service activities such as Registration, Graduation, Certificates, and Transcripts and Fees & Awards.
