We are seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor to manage a critical environment office, undertaking:

  • Owning and implementing site SSoW, issuing and controlling all permits to work.
  • Proficient in navigating Building Management systems, including BMS, HV Scada, lighting controls, lift, fire Alarm system, and VA.
  • Good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Must be able to read and understand technical drawings, have good problem-solving and decision-making skills, and be able to communicate effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will have appropriate up-to-date training, such as an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline).
  • Full Client DV Security clearance will be required.

The successful candidate will work well under pressure, be a time-served engineer experienced in building services, and have a recognized electrical qualification.
