Job Title: In-Room Dining Supervisor

As a key member of our luxury hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences to our discerning guests. Your attention to detail and passion for providing personalized service will ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, maintaining the highest standards of luxury and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate guest needs and tailor your service to create memorable dining experiences.
  • Resolve guest complaints or special requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a smooth guest experience.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the in-room dining team to ensure they adhere to hotel service standards.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily priorities, special requests, or VIP guests.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure proper grooming and uniform standards are met.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of in-room dining trays, trolleys, and service stations, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist staff and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures, including security measures when delivering to guest rooms.
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews, implementing improvements to service where necessary.
  • Create work schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels for peak service times.
