Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator at GXO Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient coordination of logistics operations on site. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week on a rotational shift of 06:00 -14:30 / 14:00 -22:30 any 5 from 7.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain productivity and performance levels as set and agreed with the Manager
• Assist management in directing staff to ensure efficient completion of the daily workload
• Be responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring that targets are met, and deadlines are hit
• Ensure GXO operational, health and safety procedures and policies are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

• Knowledge of WMS along with good knowledge of spreadsheet and Word programs
• Interpersonal skills that respond in a positive manner to the requests of the customer, your team, colleagues, and management
• The ability to bring attention to detail to the role that ensures that a high level of accuracy is achieved
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
