Payroll Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and record-keeping of absence and sickness, managing the absence hotline, and processing on-site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete administration tasks related to payroll queries
- Use and maintain the time and attendance system to process the on-site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlines
- Be responsible for the coordination and record-keeping of absence and sickness and manage the absence hotline
- Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records
- Process on-site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous payroll administrative experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
- Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
