Payroll and Benefits Role at GXO Logistics, Inc.

As a Payroll Administrator at GXO Logistics, Inc., you will be responsible for the coordination and record-keeping of absence and sickness, managing the absence hotline, and processing on-site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlines. You will also be responsible for setting up employee files for new starters, ensuring personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete administration tasks related to payroll queries
  • Use and maintain the time and attendance system to process the on-site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlines
  • Be responsible for the coordination and record-keeping of absence and sickness and manage the absence hotline
  • Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records
  • Process on-site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous payroll administrative experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
  • Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
  • Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Earn:
