Executive Support Specialist

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for an Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Eden Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our executive team and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage governance meeting cycles, including scheduling, agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
- Ensure the collation and quality checking of meeting materials.
- Take accurate and comprehensive minutes during meetings, ensuring timely distribution and approval.
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in maintaining document control and management processes.
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to the team and stakeholders.
- Manage membership activities and offer stakeholder engagement related to Governance.
- Support office and facilities operations, including ordering office supplies and participating in company events.
Essential:
- Proven experience of minute taking.
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role is a 1-year fixed-term Maternity contract, offering a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
