As an Executive Support Specialist at Intec Select, you will have the opportunity to work with a global commodities brand, providing high-level support to executives, the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include collaborating directly with the finance team to support all aspects of their daily operations, such as managing project requirements and initiatives assigned by the CFO, and being the primary point of contact between the CFO, Board, and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, you will assist with booking meeting rooms and ordering catering for meetings.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in supporting senior executive teams, experience in project management and analysis, excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills, as well as keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
