We are recruiting for a highly skilled Procurement and Contracts Specialist in the Public Sector.

The ideal candidate will support the Assets & Estates Category team in developing and managing the sourcing strategy and contracting process on behalf of Operational stakeholders.

Experience with NEC/JCT Contracts is essential.

Location: London, SE1 (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff at all levels and external organisations.
  2. Draft clear, concise, and unambiguous tender documents for various goods and services.
  3. Provide clear, concise, and accurate information and advice to stakeholders.
  4. Analyse data to understand supplier/client requirements and identify best value solutions.
  5. Manage changing priorities and deadlines while acting independently as part of a small team.

Salary Range: £53,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  1. Hands-on experience in procurement, category, and contract management.
  2. Knowledge of NEC or JCT Contracts.
  3. Familiarity with public sector procurement procedures and regulations.
  4. Demonstrable experience in drafting commercial/tender documents and leading sourcing strategies.
  5. End-to-end category experience and supplier governance protocols.
  6. Third-party risk management processes relevant to critical public authority services.
