Parking Management Supervisor

Job Summary:
Parking Management Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Parking Operations Manager to oversee the growth of our market, provide exceptional service to our clients, leadership team, and guests. This role involves managing multiple accounts, leading a team of managers, and contributing to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple accounts and lead a team of managers to ensure exceptional service and growth.
- Manage financial documents, handle revenues, and implement claim prevention strategies.
- Employee management, including hiring, training, and maintaining positive relationships with associates and clients.
- On-site leadership, including maintaining a work-friendly atmosphere and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Financial management, including updating and maintaining forecasts, budgets, and other financial documents.
- Client and associate relations, including maintaining strong communication and anticipating client needs.
- Operational responsibilities, including on-call problem-solving, booking, scheduling, and billing private events.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience.
- Management or leadership-related training/certifications/business is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Regular exposure to all outdoor weather conditions.
- Standing for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Physically able to run to and from vehicles and parking areas multiple times during a shift.
- Running 200 yards, up to 75 times during a shift is not uncommon.
- Quickly getting in and out of many different types and sizes of vehicles during a shift.
