Valet Parking Operations Manager

About the Role:
Parking Management Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Parking Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple accounts, managing a team of managers, and contributing to the growth and success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple accounts and lead a team of managers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality operations.
- Manage financial documents, handle revenues, and implement claim prevention strategies to minimize losses.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of valets to ensure they are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our market share and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
- Management or leadership-related training/certifications/business is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
