Job Title: Valet Parking Area Manager

Job Summary:

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Parking Area Manager to oversee the daily operations of our valet parking services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service for our clients, leadership teams, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple accounts and lead a team of managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage financial documents, handle revenues, and implement claim prevention strategies.
  • Employee management, including hiring, training, and maintaining positive relationships with associates and clients.
  • On-site leadership, including maintaining a work-friendly atmosphere and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Financial management, including updating and maintaining forecasts, budgets, and other financial documents.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
  • Management or leadership-related training/certifications/business is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
  • Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
